Our residential and commercial crews are based in Spokane and Coeur d’Alene, and travel within about a 2 hour radius. Our specialty crew is mobile based and travels coast to coast restoring roofs and structures of some of the most challenging projects imaginable.

We prepare a detailed estimate with no hidden costs. This protects you and us. If you decide to hire DRS for your roofing project then we prepare a contract and negotiate a start date. Please note that sometimes the start date may need adjusted due to weather or other factors out of our control.
Need help paying for the roof? We offer easy financing through our large financing partner.
On the first day of the job the material is delivered and staged for efficiency. Our crew will examine the project and identify any potential hazards in order to ensure a safe and productive worksite. You will be surprised at how quickly our crews make progress.
When finished we close out the project with each client. Some of the typical closeout procedures includes a walkthrough (when possible), sharing of progress pictures, answering any questions you may have, and addressing any punchlist items. We want you to be fully satisfied.
We then clean up and dispose of waste.
